This UI Designer – Loyalty & Support position offers a full-time, permanent contract with hybrid working and a 36-hour week. The role comes with a highly competitive benefits package. Notable highlights include a potential annual bonus of up to 20% of base salary, private medical insurance, and flexible parental policies such as 26 weeks of fully paid maternity/adoption leave and 6 weeks of paid paternity leave. Additionally, there’s robust wellbeing support provided for you and your family.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing outstanding UI assets for digital Clubcard and loyalty journeys, both online and in-store. Your focus will be on quality, coherence, and consistency across every release.

Your day-to-day will involve shaping the Clubcard’s visual identity, maintaining digital design system standards, and translating intricate propositions into crisp, scalable designs. You’ll also produce developer-ready files, prototypes, and documentation.

There’s strong emphasis on collaboration. You’ll work closely with UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver interface excellence throughout every product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings not only an impressive portfolio but also a keen eye for hierarchy, layouts, colour, and accessibility. You must care deeply about polished, accessible, and logical design outcomes.

Communication skills are key—sharing progress, giving feedback, and helping raise team craft and output will be part of your remit.

Pros

One major advantage of this opportunity is the outstanding benefits package, with bonuses, wellbeing support, and flexible, family-first policies that stand out in the market.

You’ll be joining an inclusive organisation that supports professional growth, fosters design culture, and encourages your input into both immediate projects and the wider design community.

Cons

As a product-focused environment, expectations around quality, consistency, and process are high, which might be challenging for some candidates who prefer more flexibility or autonomy over standards.

Due to the scope and scale of the products, you’ll often need to balance ongoing team collaboration with maintaining individual attention to craft—an environment best suited to those who thrive under clear structure and feedback loops.

Our Verdict

This UI Designer position is an excellent fit for experienced professionals seeking a stable, long-term role inside an inclusive, supportive team. The role is especially attractive for those energised by crafting large-scale, customer-facing digital products, and who value clear development paths, generous benefits, and genuine well-being priorities.
