About the Role
This Product Manager – F&F Planning Apps position is full-time, permanent and offers 36 working hours per week. You’ll benefit from a competitive base salary with up to 20% annual bonus. The job is hybrid and comes with a compelling benefits package.
The role is responsible for guiding digital transformation for F&F clothing, ensuring effective planning, range execution, and delivery across physical and digital channels. Key duties include shaping product strategy, collaborating across teams, and enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day
The Product Manager will own the full product lifecycle for critical F&F planning tools, including setting vision, roadmap, and ensuring execution aligns with wider business goals. Cross-functional collaboration with commercial, digital, and technology teams is essential.
Every day involves leading product discovery, prioritising features, and measuring outcomes against key KPIs. Close engagement with engineering, data science, analytics, and user research teams ensures relevant problem discovery and solution delivery.
Routine activities include validating MVPs, making evidence-based decisions, acting as the customer and colleague advocate, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Emphasis is placed on learning from live data to drive continuous improvement.
